RFP Status
This documentation refers to the Atlas Online Gateway.
You can access Atlas at https://atlas-mit-edu.ezproxyberklee.flo.org/

On the RFP Status page, you may click to view any RFP which you have created or where you are the payee.
From Atlas, access the RFP Status for your reimbursements by selecting Track My Reimbursements.
Select RFPs to display
| Date Range | Select a date range to display. Choose from all dates, last 7, 14, 30 or 60 days. Click  after making a selection. |

Search Results
Note: These results are read only and may not be edited.
| RFP # | The RFP number assigned internally when an SAP record is created. Click the RFP# to display that RFP. |

| Creation Date | The date the RFP was created. |
| Payee | The person or vendor being paid. |
| Amount | The amount for the RFP. |
| RFP Name | The name you may have assigned to this RFP when it was created. |
| Location/Status | The person or office currently acting on the RFP. Click a name to generate an email to that person. |
| Last Action | The date that the last action was taken on this RFP. |
Note: You may sort by a particular column by clicking its heading. A small triangle in the column head will indicate the field currently sorted by and whether it is ascending or descending.
