PISupervisor Affiliation
You can access Atlas at https://atlas-mit-edu.ezproxyberklee.flo.org/
To view PIs for a DLC, click the arrow next to the DLC name.
To view affiliations and reconcilers for a PI, click the arrow next to the PI name.
Training reconcilers and trainee affiliations for the selected PI are listed.
Reconcilers: The list of individuals responsible for performing training reconciliation. EHS Coordinators, Lead Contacts, and DLC Reconcilers can perform reconiliation tasks for all PIs in their DLC, although they wil not appear on the list of reconcilers.
Trainee: The name of the person working under the PI/Supervisor.
Status: The status of the trainee's affiliation to the PI/Supervisor.
| New | Initial status for researchers who have completed the Train Needs Assessment |
| Active | Researchers who are currently working under your PI |
| Inactive | A researcher who is not currently working under your PI |
| Incorrect | A researcher who incorrectly lists your PI as his/her PI |
Five buttons in this section are:
Add Training Reconciler: Add a person as a training reconciler for the selected PI/Supervisor. This button is only available to EHS Coordinators, EHS Lead Contacts, and DLC Training Reconcilers
Edit Training Reconciler: Add or remove a person from the list of training reconcilers for the selected PI/Supervisor. This button is only available to EHS Coordinators, EHS Lead Contacts, and DLC Training Reconcilers
Add Trainee: Add a new trainee to the list of affiliated trainees. The status defaults to Active.
Edit Trainees: Add new trainee affiliations or edit existing affiliations.
Show Inactive: Show trainees who have an inactive affiliation to the PI/Supervisor. Inactive trainees are hidden by default.
