My JVs

Journal vouchers you created will display on the My JVs tab. Here you can find all of your JV drafts, rejected JVs, JVs awaiting approval, and recently approved JVs (within 30 days of posting date).

The rejected Journal Vouchers, which require edits for resubmission, display on top. My JVs features include:

• My JVs Filter
• My JVs Search

NEW FEATURES: Autosave, sortable headings

Create JV from My JVs

• Select the Create New button on the My JVs tab to enter a new journal voucher.

Displaying a JV from My JVs

• From My JVs, you can display journal voucher drafts, journal vouchers awaiting approval, approved journal vouchers, and rejected journal vouchers.

My JVs vs. Find JVs

• Use Find JVs to display a JV submitted by another user, older than 30 days, or of another document type (ex. SC, SI).

• Journal vouchers in "draft" status will not display in Find JVs.
