Finding Groups
Finding groups are used to categorize finding types. Each finding type must belong to a finding group. If you are creating finding types that will be part of a new finding group, create the finding group first.
Finding Types
Finding types represent the possible issues that can recorded during and inspection. They appear in the finding menu when users enter/edit findings on an inspection.
Inspection Types
An inspection type is a collection of finding types. They are the templates used for entering inspections. Comprehensive, Chemistry, Department of Facilities, and Department of Student Life are all examples of inspection types. A DLC can only use one particular inspection type at any given time.
