Cost Object Lookup (Roles Database)
You can access Atlas at https://atlas-mit-edu.ezproxyberklee.flo.org/
To search for a Cost Object, enter a complete or partial Cost Object number or a sequence of characters that appear in the Cost Object’s Description. You may use an asterisk * as the wildcard before and or after your entries.
Search by Partial Cost Object Number: Enter the part of the number that you know using an asterisk * as a wildcard. For example, entering 289* retrieves Cost Object numbers beginning with 289 (2890000, 2890010, etc.). Entering *28900 would retrieve all cost objects ending with those digits.
Search for Characters in Cost Object Description: Enter a string of consecutive letters or numbers that appear in the cost object’s description. For example, entering STUDENT retrieve cost objects whose description began with that word. Entering *STUDENT would retrieve all cost objects where the word appeared anywhere in the description.
You can search by one or both criteria – the search retrieves only matching Cost Objects.
- Enter your Cost Object and/or Description search criteria.
- Click Search to retrieve and display a list of matching Cost Objects.
- Click on a Cost Object Number to select it.
