How to Access MIT Campus Office 365 (Email)
MIT Campus Email can be accessed via
- the Outlook Web Application (outlook.office.com) or
- you can configure your native Email application(s) to access Office 365 (including your mobile device)
Listed below are instructions to configure your preferred email application. Note: you only need to configure the application that you normally use to send/receive email.

How to update my preferred email
You will need to add your @space.mit.edu or @ligo.mit.edu email account as your preferred email in the About me tab in Atlas. This step is critical to ensure that you continue to receive emails from either space.mit.edu or ligo.mit.edu.
Follow the below listed steps to update your preferred email.
1. Visit Atlas at https://atlas-mit-edu.ezproxyberklee.flo.org/
2. Navigate to About Me tab
3. On the left-hand side Menu, Click on Personal Information
4. A screen with your personal information will appear to the right. Scroll down to ‘Work Address and Contact Information’ section,
a. Click on Edit
b, Update your email address with your space.mit.edu or ligo.mit.edu email address
c. Hit Save

First time logging into Touchstone powered by Okta?
The first time you log in to Touchstone powered by Okta you will need to re-connect your MIT Kerberos with Duo. Reconnecting instructions can be found here.
CERTAID
Certificates are used as part of authentication for Microsoft Office 365. You can verify that these are installed here: https://web-cert-mit-edu.ezproxyberklee.flo.org/certificates/test/index.html
